Vampire Diaries - Damon Salvatore Icons

This is my final set of "20's" for this month and they are for Round 9 of vampires20in20 and my theme is Damon Salvatore.  I ended up doing quite a few extra's, and then wished I had,'t as picking my 5 favourite ones was hard ... I dare say those who look will think I should have chosen differently!
