I love musicals - Oklahoma, White Christmas, Guys and Dolls, High Society

I am a huge Cary Grant fan - Arsenic and Old Lace, Operation Peticoat, Once Upon a Honeymoon

But I also love war films - Dambusters, The Longest Day

etc.

No real favourite - I have about 20 - 25 that I will watch again and again.

I suppose, if it had to be just one .... Poss .... ummmm .... Sound of Music

I never question the basic faith of God as supreme and of His son's virgin birth, death and resurection ... and of my eventually going to Heaven.

However I do sometimes (or poss often!) question the "Why me" ... or "Have I missed something" ... So it's more my belief in being where I should be, or why I am where I am that I question ... Hopefully not from a negative way ... but ... ????

But also ... Jiffy - he is such a bundle of fun, you can't help but smile.

A lot of lines from films will get me each time ... and family jokes, you know the in-jokes, will make me grin.

I have fallen off the one horse no one fell off ... while he was stationary!!!!!

True!

We stopped near a field and I was looking at the view, Regent bent to eat the verge and as I was twisted, I just slithered off him!

The other was I got bucked off a horse called Smudge, and landed in a puddle - slightly silly, but the real fun was that Toni almost fell off. She was smiling and asking if I was OK, when her horse rolled her lip up and laughed - honest!

The funny side of the story is also that she was riding Tilly ... who is DJ's mum!!!

I have honestly led a boring life - so can probably say the 2 events were the same answer!!!!!!

Actually the 1st time James touched me, other than shaking hands for the auto graph, was when I had my photo take (in the top icon on my list in the left of this page!). He put his arm round me ... and my mind totally wiped out! Yes, I actually don't remember the picture, or saying Goodbye - the next thing I know, I was standing back in the shopping centre at Milton Keynes!

LOL - And, providing it is full-fat milk, and strong tea ... then a cuppa wins every time!
If not, then cake, as I am fussier about my tea than I am about cake!

I would love to meet you! There are a couple of others on my f-list that I would like to meet but you would be the #1 if I could only do that!

I would like to go to USA again (even without Texas thrown in) - CA has been my state I have wanted to visit for 10+ years.

I suppose overall I am pretty content with life - but reading this question has made me start to think ... so, I may add things at a leter date. Thanks for that, Kuda! One final thought, I ought to add, as I said I would be honest -

And, without being "naughty" (and hoping Mum and Dad don't see this !!!) - yes, I would like to spend "special" time with a special guy!
