366 MEME - Day 268 - Remembrance Sunday

Every Rememberance Sunday I always wear these 2 broaches.

The silver one was bought by my Grandfather (who served 1914 - 1918) for his mother during the war. The other was bought by a close friend of mine for his wife when he went to serve in 1939. Ted died in 1990, and gave me this as a gift a few years prior to that. So, in memory of family and friends in both world wars, I always wear them both.

This year, I spent Rememberance Sunday at hospital - but it is good to share them with you.
