LOVE HEARTS
Cupid's arrows will be flying as James Marsters heads to the UK next year for an early Valentine's Day weekend in London on February 6-7, 2010.

Details of a concert and exclusive one-day event will be announced on Sunday, November 8, 2009, at 16.00 (GMT time).

I only now have to hope that the day event will be on the Saturday - it would be great if it were similar to last May, as that was fun. The American concert, for the following weekend, will also be announced on that day, and they say tickets will be on sale the following day, but don't say when the GB tickets will be up ... so I am presuming the same.

I can't believe I might be in Europe by that time and still I won't be able to go and meet James, at least, I don't think so, I'll get a visa for Italy but they won't let me in in the UK :(

So near - yet so far! What a pity.

The weirdest we ever had was back in 1981 I was in Southern Spain - and we couldn't go to Gibralter as we were English. The Spanish would let anyone else cross the border - but not us!!!!!

Why wouldn't they let you pass? Just because you were English? That doesn't make any sense! Why do they have against English?

I didn't get into the details, but I've been told that the visa is only for Italy, and I'm traveling as Paraguayan, and there's always problem for Latin American people going anywhere actually.

I feel like crying every time I think about how close I'll be to James... I'll try to keep a positive mind though, and think that soon I'll be moving to Europe permanently, which is the plan when I finish college. Maybe then, I'll meet him.

Well Gibralter is English - but as it is in Spain, the Spanish were trying to get us to give it to them ... They didn't want reminding though, that they have a few similar areas around Africa!!! The border is now fully open, but I haven't been back that way!

Pity you can't come over to England - I would love to meet you ... and it would be great for you to see James.

I don't think I will be able to go much anywhere early next year, we will have a brand new baby and I don't think I could leave Gina with that and the other kids to take care of. I know they're older and are good for her when I do go away, but them and a baby :-( Sorry

I will go to something one day and we shall meet there, oh yeah we shall!

I've prewarned Chris that I'll be away that weekend, and am flexing my fingers ready to type in details or dial a phone number rapidly.

Hope it is a Saturday thing so that you can be there - I love to be able to catch up with my friends (oh, and James being there is a bonus too *g*).
