Oh we got that a couple of years ago! And it is courtesy of the government, but you've paid your taxes all your life so really, you utterly deserve it. You will love it, it does make a difference.

The whole town got a grant as we live in an under=privaledged area ... so however we got it, great to get some money back from them!!
