End Of Year MEME - I've Come To Realise ...

I saw this on jaded_jamie  ... and just had to snag

It's the I've Come To Realise End Of Year Meme

I've come to realise that my hair:

Is actually great.  When I was younger I wanted it to be straight - now I love the fact that it does curl ... I can go riding, take off my hat and not look a mess!

I've come to realise that my heart:

Will probably always just be mine ... but at least that way it won't get broken!

I've come to realise that my job:

Is great.
Business is non-existant, and although I toyed with a change I realise that I just love being an osteopath ... and after 25 years, I shouls now know.

I've come to realise that when I'm driving:

I love listening to music - one of the few times I always have either the radio, or James on ... or this month, it is Christmas music.

I've come to realise that I need:

Nothing!
There are lots of things I would like - but nothing I actually need.

I've come to realise that I've lost:

My youth ... yes,

jaded_jamie  , I have to agree with that, to a certain degree ... As I now think I have entered my 2nd childhood!

I've come to realise that I don't like it when:

a petient doesn't turn up!  I can say that now, as this is why I am doing this ... waiting for someone to arrive.

I've come to realise that money:

Is necessary - but only in small amounts.  Once the bills are paid, that's all I need it for.

I've come to realise that certain people:

Are greaat - others aren't!
Yes, i know some amazing people, but so many are only out there to see what they can get.  I don'y have much time for that sort of attitude.

I've come to realise that I'll always:

a)  Have my faith.
b)  Procrastinate!

I've come to realise that yesterday:

Was great ... but it is over - the good times are great memories, the bad times can be forgiven ... But there is nothing I can do to change what happened.

I've come to realise that my Mother:

Is an amazing person - full of insecutities which are there because of her family history.  I wish she realised how great she is.
I do forgive her (well, most of the time) for smothering me, because I know why she does it.

I've come to realise that when I woke up this morning:

That I was feeling better than I did when i went to bed last night!

I've come to realise that right now I am thinking:

The patient isn't coming - I can finish this and have a cup of tea.

I've come to realise that my dad:

Is brilliant - someone who left school at 14, now has a PhD and this year had a book published .
He needs to be more open in his emotions - but there again, coming from the mother he did, and the generation he is in, by comparisson, he is brilliant.  (He is 84, and my nickname for my Grandmother is "The Android")

I've come to realise that today:

Is going too fast.
Each day is special - I must make the most of it.

I've come to realise that tonight:

I haven't got Band practice - so I can watch some TV ... I am watching Danger UXB at present.

I've come to realise that I really want:

"The peace that passes all understanding "    That is such a great answer jaded_jamie  ... I wish I could come up with such a profound answer, so I am snagging that, as well as the meme!

I've come to realise that the person who is most likely to repost this:

I would have said kudagirl , as I know she loves memes, but she said that I was going to do this!
So, I suppose, it will ahve to be up to you!

I'e come to realise that life:

Is amazing.  Whenever I think I know where I am headed, something happens to confuse me.
Faith, family and friends, are the constants - and I must learn to rely on them more, and more.

I've come to realise that friends are:

There for me - if I let them in.  I must learn to open up more, and be willing to share.
