R.I.P. Oliver Postgate.


I just wanted to post a small tribute to Oliver Postgate - one of those amazing poeple that kids of my age grew up loving.

He died today, but leaves behind a beautiful legacy of childhood memories ... especially Bagpuss, and for me in particular, The Clangers.



For any of you who haven't seen this Sci Fi series, spare some time to look at an episode.  This one is entitled The Pipe Organ ... and combines classical music with space travel.
