What? How? When??????

I have just replied to a comment, and the wrong icon came up ... I have now gone back and checked my icons ... wrong icon?

Ummmmmmmmmmmmm ... How can that happen?

The one (that I have now deleted) was one I had never seen before.

All my others appear untouched ... and I will have to wait till I'm back on my pc to re-load the missing one!!
