Sunny Friday

I had my Chronic Fatigue appt this morning and really nothing to report, as I think I have stagnated a bit ... oh well we chatted things through and hopefully with some other suggestions of  how to cope.  It all makes sense, but putting things into action ... well, let's just say, that's another matter!

I did go for a short sunny walk and took a couple of photos ... one of the projects on my Snowflake was really pushing my photography, so here is a start ... both taken about 10 mins walk from where I live!





Before I spoke to the specialist I was going to do some more housework but she is trying to persuade me to actually do "me" things ... that is one of the hardest things I have to learn, and am still failing at.  So, over lunch I had a think  and had thought about doing another walk this afternoon, and still might, but also want to get some icons made ... so hard to know where the day will take me.

But whichever I end up doing I will close with the question ....

I don't often watch films, so hard to pick one in particular (sorry)
