okayNo - seriously - the weekend was good and as I was around (rather than at Mum and Dad's) I even (much to DJ's shock) got another ride on Saturday morning.
The concert was reasonably well attended - seeing as the music is very traditional classical music. Hopefully my mistakes weren't too noticeable - altho' the 1st trumpeter did tell me afterwards that everyone was finding the"that part of the suite hard" - so he must have heard the wrong notes ... or did I give it away when i threw my clarinet down and lay down on the floor screaming ... well that is what I felt like doing. Yes - the bit I had worked on the most was where I went wrong ... so maybe I should not practice and then I would get it right.
Still all peace and quiet today - only the accounts to sort out (as treasurer) - and the ironing to do ... which I must start ... an old episode of Andromeda is starting on TV although I suppose it is too much to hope that it is the one with James.
